Section 487
Movable property not to be leased without consent

(1) A person who has reached the age of one should not lease any property of the household without the consent of the head of the household. However, it is not necessary to take the consent of the person who works as the head of the household to sell his private property.
(2) Contrary to sub-section (1), if someone leases property, unless the person working as the head of the household approves, the lease of such property shall not be valid.
(3) If the head of the household does not have the consent of the person who leases the property contrary to sub-section (1), the property may be withdrawn within thirty-five days.
