Rule 43
Non-conversion of votes
Regardless of what is written in rule 42, the votes of the following ballot papers shall not be converted:-(a) The first preference is correctly indicated but the second preference is not indicated, (b) The first preference is correctly indicated but the second preference is given to which candidate. Yes, the preference cannot be separated, (c) the first preference is correctly indicated but the second preference is not indicated, the third preference is indicated, (d) the first preference is indicated correctly but the second or third preference is not indicated as determined by the commission, (e) the third preference candidate If the vote is to be distributed, no priority has been given, (f) if the vote is to be distributed to the third priority candidate, the candidate of that priority has been elected or has been excluded from the vote counting process, (g) if the vote is to be distributed to the third priority candidate, it is not clear which candidate has been given that priority It is impossible to prioritize.
