(1) The election officer shall count the votes as specified in the notice under section 50 at the place, date and time.
(2) At the place, date and time of the counting of votes as per sub-section (1), the candidate or the election representative or the counting representative as specified may be present.
(3) If re-voting is required in any polling station of a constituency according to this Act, the counting of votes in other polling stations of that constituency shall not be started until the voting of such polling station is finished.
