(1) The Election Officer shall commence the counting of votes at the place, date and time specified in the notification under Section 46.
(2) The candidate or his election representative or counting representative may be present at the place, date and time of counting of votes as per sub-section (1).
(3) While counting the votes, the votes given by the members of the Federal Parliament and the votes given by the members of the Provincial Assembly shall be counted separately.
