(1) The election officer shall count the votes as specified in the notice under Section 45 at the place, date and time.
(2) At the place, date and time of the counting of votes as per subsection (1), the candidate and the election representative of the candidate or the counting representative as specified may be present.
(3) According to this Act, if a polling station of any local level has to be re-voted, the counting of votes related to such election shall not be started until the voting operation of such polling station is finished.
