(1) For the purpose of election, the Commission shall prepare the voter list by requesting the details of the persons holding the position of Provincial Assembly member of the respective province from the respective Provincial Assembly Secretariat and the details of the persons holding the position of chairman, vice chairman, head of the municipality, deputy chief of the rural municipality within the province from the election office of the respective district. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), in the case of the first election to be held after the commencement of this regulation, the voter list including the names of the persons elected to the posts of members of the Provincial Assembly and chairman, vice-chairman and municipal head, deputy head based on the election results prepared by the Commission (3) The Commission shall provide the voter's list prepared as per sub-rule (1) or (2) to the concerned election officer and the election officer shall publish the voter's list in his office on the date and time mentioned in the election programme. (4) Sub-rule ( 3) When the voter list is published, the person whose name is not included in the voter list should apply for inclusion of his name, the person whose name is included in the voter list should apply to correct his name, surname, age, position, etc., the date of filing a complaint against the voter mentioned in the voter list , the time and place shall be published.
