(1) The commission will collect and update the voter list of rural municipalities and municipal wards within each constituency under its direct supervision, control, supervision and direction.
(2) When collecting and updating the voter list in accordance with sub-section (1), the commission may designate the place and time to be determined by the commission once or several times. But,
(1) Collecting or updating the voter list of any rural municipality or any ward of a municipality should be done once.
(2) Names shall not be registered in the electoral roll for the purpose of the election after the date of the election has been announced.
(3) While collecting and updating the voter list, notification to the general public and other arrangements shall be as prescribed.
