Rule 7
Provision of voter ID card
: (1) Form no. 1a. The voter's list prepared in the following format will be provided by the Commission to the Chief Identity Card Management Officer.
(2) The voter list to be provided as per sub-rule (1) shall be prepared on the basis of the final voter list prepared in accordance with the Act and the Voter List Regulations, 2052.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the identity card distribution officer will provide voter identity cards to the voters whose names are included in the voter list provided by the commission.
(4) Voter ID card will be provided only once to the voter whose name is included in the voter list, except in the case of providing a copy of the voter ID card as per Rule 12.
(5) The voter ID card as per sub-rule (3) shall be provided only during the period specified by the commission.
(2) The voter list to be provided as per sub-rule (1) shall be prepared on the basis of the final voter list prepared in accordance with the Act and the Voter List Regulations, 2052.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the identity card distribution officer will provide voter identity cards to the voters whose names are included in the voter list provided by the commission.
(4) Voter ID card will be provided only once to the voter whose name is included in the voter list, except in the case of providing a copy of the voter ID card as per Rule 12.
(5) The voter ID card as per sub-rule (3) shall be provided only during the period specified by the commission.
