: A petition given by someone with evidence or information received from various other sources that there has been a widespread mistake in the distribution of voter ID card in a constituency or a village development committee under it or a municipal ward or fake voter ID card has been distributed. If the commission is convinced of the matter, the commission can cancel such voter ID card and order to distribute the voter ID card again.
