Section 6
Registration as a voter
Name of the following person will be registered in the voter list:
(a) Nepali citizens,
(b) completed eighteen years of age on the date specified by the Commission by publishing notice in the Nepal Gazette, and
(c) Having a permanent residence in the relevant ward of a rural municipality or municipality within a constituency.
