Rule 29
How to vote

(1) After taking the ballot paper, the voter goes to the secret place of voting and voting for the first-come-first-served election system, in the room with a separate election mark for a candidate of his choice on the ballot paper, and for the election of a party of his choice when voting for the election based on the proportional election system. Voting should be done by marking the swastika ( ) provided by the commission in the room with the election sign.
(2) After marking the vote according to sub-rule (1), the voter shall fold the ballot paper in such a way that no marking of the vote is visible and drop it in the separate ballot box designated by the Commission for the election to be held in accordance with the first-come, first-served election system and the proportional election system.
(3) Only one voter shall be allowed to enter the secret polling place at a time (4) If the polling officer feels that a voter has remained in a secret place for marking the ballot and has remained longer than the time required for the ballot to be verified, he may inspect the secret place and send the voter out.
(5) If a voter decides not to vote after receiving the ballot paper, the ballot paper shall be returned to the polling officer.
(6) According to sub-rule (5), if someone returns the ballot paper without voting, the polling officer shall record the same and keep such ballot paper sealed separately.
