(1) After taking the ballot paper, the voter shall go to the secret place of voting, so as not to exceed the number required to be elected from the relevant group as per Section 3 of the Ordinance. "2" in the voting room and "3" in the voting room with the name and election symbol of the third preferred candidate. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), one member from any group under section 3 of the Ordinance. Only in the case of election, the voter shall mark the name of one of the candidates and the election symbol in the voting room and mark the voter ( ) . (4) Only one voter will be allowed to enter the secret place of voting at a time. (5) If the polling officer feels that a voter has stayed in the secret place of voting for more than the time required to mark the ballot paper and validate the ballot, he shall inspect the secret place. (6) If a voter decides not to vote after receiving the ballot paper, he must return the ballot paper to the polling officer. It should be sealed.
