Section 38
Voting
(1) A voter whose name is registered in the voter list of a rural municipality or a ward of a municipality in the constituency will be allowed to vote only at the polling station assigned to him for the same rural municipality or the same ward of the municipality. But in the case of temporary voters, the Commission can designate a separate polling station.
(2) The voter shall take the ballot paper as specified for voting and vote in the ballot box kept for that purpose.
(3) Provisional voters can only vote for elections held under the proportional election system as specified.
(4) No person other than such voter shall be allowed to vote in the name of the voter whose name is registered in the voter's list.
(5) No voter shall vote more than once or at more than one polling station in the same election.
(6) No voter shall reveal to anyone through any means the details of whom he has voted for during the voting period.
