(1) A voter whose name is included in the voter list of a ward of a rural municipality or municipality shall be allowed to vote only at the polling station designated for the respective ward of that rural municipality or municipality.
(2) Voters should vote at the polling station assigned to them according to the voter list.
(3) The voter shall vote by indicating his/her vote on the ballot paper designated for the election at the polling station designated for voting.
(4) No person other than such voter shall be allowed to vote in the name of the voter whose name is registered in the voter's list.
(5) No voter shall be allowed to vote for one post more than once or at more than one polling station in the same election.
