Rule 28
Ballot giving
(1) After the voter enters the polling station, the polling officer or the staff appointed by him shall look at the voter ID card with the photograph provided by the Commission and check whether his name is in the voter list and whether it conflicts with the voter list. If the polling officer is convinced that the person whose name is included in the voter's list is the same, he should be given a ballot paper to vote.
(2) When checking according to sub-rule (1), even if a minor mistake of writing or printing is found in the voter's bill, if the polling officer is convinced that the person whose name is included in the voter's list is the same person, the voter must be given a ballot paper to vote.
(3) According to sub-rule (1) or (2), the polling officer shall sign such ballot paper before giving the ballot paper to the voters to vote.
(4) According to sub-rule (1) or (2), after giving the ballot paper to the voter, the voter must be indicated in the voter list.
(5) According to sub-rule (4) after indicating in the voter's list, the voter's stamp on the bottom of the ballot paper should be given to the voter first, and the ballot paper to be used for the election to be held according to the first-come, first-served election system.
(6) According to sub-rule (5), after casting the ballot paper used for the election according to the electoral system, the voter shall be given the ballot paper used for the election according to the proportional election system to such voter.
