(1) For elections held according to the first-come-first-served election system, the election symbols and other details on the ballot paper will be printed in green color, and for the elections conducted according to the proportional election system, the election symbols and other details on the ballot paper will be printed in red color.
(2) The candidate's election symbol will be printed on the ballot paper used for the election according to the first-come-first-served election system and the party's election symbol will be printed on the ballot paper used for the proportional election system.
(3) The serial number shall be printed on the bottom of each ballot paper as determined by the Commission.
(4) The format, type and type of ballot paper shall be as determined by the commission.
