: (1) The commission shall arrange for the ballot with the candidate's election symbol for the election.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when including the candidate's election symbol in the ballot paper, it should be included in the following order:-
(a) The election symbol of the candidate of that party based on the number of votes received by the party represented in the House of Representatives immediately before the election by the proportional election system in the election of such House of Representatives,
(b) In the case of a party not represented in the House of Representatives according to Clause (a), the election symbol of that party's candidate based on the order in which they are registered with the Commission for election purposes,
(c) the election symbol of such candidate based on the alphabetical order of the name of the independent candidate.
(3) In case two or more parties represented in the House of Representatives have merged or merged, for the purpose of clause (a) of sub-section (2), the total number of votes obtained by such parties before such merger or merger shall be considered as the number of votes obtained by the existing party.
(4) Other arrangements related to ballot papers shall be as prescribed.
