(1) After the completion of the voting, the polling officer shall close the hole of the ballot box for dropping the ballot in accordance with the method prescribed by the Commission, put a security seal, and prepare a bond with the signature of the candidate, election representative or polling representative present at the polling station.
(2) If the candidate, election representative or polling representative does not stamp the bond prepared according to sub-rule (1), the same person shall have two other persons present at the polling station to stamp it.
