(1) After the completion of the voting, the polling officer shall close the opening of the ballot box, put a security seal and stamp the candidate, election representative or polling representative present at the polling station and prepare a bond. Or, if the polling representative does not make the signature, then two other persons present in the polling station shall have the signature stamped by the same person.
