Rule 27
If the ballot box is damaged or destroyed

(1) If the ballot box sent to the polling station is damaged or destroyed, the polling officer shall prepare a bond by making a stamp of the present candidate, election representative or polling representative. If they do not give a valid stamp, the same behavior must be given in the bond and two other persons present in the polling station must be duly stamped and the same information must be given to the election officer.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if information is received that the ballot box has been destroyed or damaged, the election officer shall immediately provide the required ballot box to such polling station.
