Section 136
Exercise of Voting Rights
: (1) Regardless of how many shares a member has purchased in a cooperative organization, a member can exercise his voting rights on the basis of one vote in the operation of the related cooperative organization.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the case of an association, more than one representative may be sent as prescribed for the purpose of participating in the general meeting, and the arrangements for sending representatives shall be as prescribed.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), not more than one person may be elected from one institution or association to the committee or audit supervision committee of the association concerned.
