Section 26
Decision of arbitrator
  (1) If there are three or more arbitrators, the opinion of the majority shall be considered as the decision of the arbitrator.
(2) If the opinions of the arbitrators differ and the majority cannot be established, the opinion of the chief arbitrator shall be considered as the decision of the arbitrator, unless otherwise provided in the contract.
(3) Subject to sub-section (4), every arbitrator shall sign the award. But if there is any reason why an arbitrator cannot sign the decision, the other arbitrator must sign it.
(4) If an arbitrator cannot agree with the arbitration decision, he may express a dissenting opinion.
