Act, any dispute arising between the Government of Nepal and the person who has received the permit in relation to anything related to mineral operations, if both parties cannot resolve it through mutual consultation, it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the same if it is specified in the agreement between the two parties, and if it is not specified in the agreement, it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the prevailing law on arbitration.
