(1) The party shall designate the official of the central executive committee or similar committee or provincial committee of such party to provide the official letter of candidate nomination.
(2) The name, surname, position and specimen of the signature of the office bearer as per sub-section (1) shall be verified by the office bearer of that committee designated by the central executive committee of such party or a similar committee and shall be provided to the commission within the period specified by the commission before the date of filing the nomination paper for the candidate.
(3) The commission should be able to send the details with signature specimen as per sub-section (2) to the relevant election officer before the date specified for registration of nomination papers.
