(1) A person who is qualified according to the constitution and ordinances who wants to be a candidate in the election may, by himself or through his representative, proposer or supporter, register the nomination paper at the election officer's office on the date and time mentioned in the notification of the election program. (2) Registration of the nomination paper in accordance with sub-rule (1) When registering or registering a person's nomination paper according to sub-rule (1), different for the same group according to Section 3 of the Ordinance must be signed by one person whose name is included in the final voter list according to rule 10 and supported by another person. Individuals who are proposers and supporters can register or have a maximum of two nomination papers.
