When submitting the nomination paper in accordance with section 17 of the Act, the candidate shall attach the following documents with the nomination paper:-(a) Copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship obtained by the candidate on the basis of descent, (b) According to the Voters' Roll Act, 2073, a rural municipality or Nissa whose name is included in the last voter list of the municipality.
