(1) Rule 11B. If it is found appropriate to carry out supplementary environmental impact assessment while examining the application received as per the above, the relevant body shall recommend to the Ministry for permission to carry out supplementary environmental impact assessment.
(2) Rule 11B. Regardless of what is written in the environmental impact assessment, if it is necessary to modify some physical infrastructure, design, capacity or form, transfer or change the structure, add to the number of tree felling in the environmental impact assessment that has been approved, the relevant body will not consider the need for a supplementary environmental impact assessment. The environmental management plan should be recommended to the ministry for approval.
