Section 98
Inspection and Monitoring by the Ministry
: (1) If any information is received from any source that there is no inspection of a cooperative organization by the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar or that the interest of the members has been adversely affected due to the ineffectiveness of such inspection, the Ministry shall inspect and monitor such cooperative organization and notify the concerned cooperative organization. Can give necessary instructions.
(2) If instructions are given in accordance with sub-section (1), it shall be the duty of the cooperative organization concerned to comply with such instructions.
