Rule 22
Aircraft should not be flown and operated without maintenance
: No aircraft shall be flown or operated without regular maintenance and maintenance of the aircraft and engine and other parts of the aircraft within the period specified by the authority as mentioned in the certificate of airworthiness provided in accordance with Rule 18 .
