(1) All types of licences, ratings and other certificates granted in accordance with the Non-Military Aviation Regulations, 2052 shall be deemed to have been granted in accordance with these Regulations unless otherwise stated in these Regulations. What is written in this regulation will be in accordance with this regulation and in the case of what is not written, it will be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
(2) Annexes and manuals approved and implemented before the commencement of these regulations shall be considered part of these regulations.
