(1) A soldier or an officer of the Nepalese Army who acts bravely at the risk of his life in line with his duty for the defense of Nepal may be awarded the decoration of Mahapaurakh Bhaskar.
(2) The design and shape of the decoration as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix Two Schedule-8.
