: (1) The Committee may appoint a General Manager and advisers and staff as necessary as the chief administrative officer for the operation of the authority. But until the general meeting is arranged, the government of Nepal will appoint an executive director as the chief administrative officer.
(2) Remuneration of the general manager or executive director, advisers and other employees of the authority will be as prescribed.
