: (1) For the efficient operation of the committee's work, the Government of Nepal may appoint a general manager and as many advisors and other staff as necessary to the committee. Their appointment will be as per the terms of service, procedure and remuneration.
(2) The terms of appointment and service may be set in such a way that it is mandatory to buy shares of the organization from the specified number of wages received every month. However, shares will not be sold to employees who are temporarily appointed and appointed in contract service.
