The Council shall refer to Section 21A. During the monitoring of the recognized educational institutions, if it is found that such institutions do not follow the curriculum, basis of student admission, physical infrastructure and educational standards, the Council may recommend to the Government of Nepal or the concerned provincial government to revoke the recognition of such educational institutions.
