: (1) In relation to any educational qualification certificate or degree recognized as per Section 21, the curriculum determined by such educational institution while considering the details received from the relevant educational institution pursuant to Section 22 or the report received pursuant to Sub-Section (3) of Section 23, If the admission conditions and the examination system are not suitable and sufficient, the council will submit its report in this regard to the Government of Nepal.
(2) After receiving the report of the council according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may request an explanation from the relevant organization.
(3) In relation to the explanation received from the relevant educational institution as requested in accordance with sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal shall consider and investigate any other matter in relation to it, and on the basis of the necessary investigation, any educational institution provided by such educational institution after a specific date shall be examined by the Government of Nepal. Certificate of qualification or recognition of degree can be removed.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (3), the notice of de-recognition of any educational qualification certificate or title shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
