(1) When considering the details received in accordance with section 22 and the report received in accordance with section 23, the curriculum, conditions of admission and inspection operation method determined by the relevant educational institution for any educational qualification certificate or degrees recognized in accordance with section 21 are appropriate. And if it feels that it is not sufficient, the council will submit its report to the Government of Nepal.

(2) After receiving the report of the council according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may request an explanation from the relevant educational institution if it deems necessary and if the explanation is received, the If any other investigation is required, the Government of Nepal may cancel the recognition of the health profession educational qualification certificate or other degree granted after a certain date by such educational institution after conducting the necessary investigation by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
