(1) When purchasing goods or other services, the public body may enter into any of the agreements listed in Schedule-3.
(2) The agreement as per sub-rule (1) shall be based on the technical specifications and period mentioned in the tender documents.
(3) In relation to the purchase agreement, the provisions in this regulation shall be in accordance with this regulation, and in the case that there is no provision in this regulation, it shall be in accordance with the prevailing law regarding the contract of sale of goods.
(4) According to this rule, the conditions related to the purchase agreement of goods or the transfer (delivery) of goods should be prepared in accordance with the terminology used in international trade (International Commercial Terms (Incoterm).
(5) When making payment under the contract according to this rule, after submission of the documents that the supplier has provided the goods, the payment shall be made in accordance with the means of receipt or as mentioned in the bidding documents.
