Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the government balance amount which is not raised under this Act, due to natural calamity, accident or circumstances beyond its control and due to accidental damage or loss due to wear, decay or other reasons or according to law Even if the auction is increased, if the auction is not raised or the condition of rising is not seen, the government of Nepal can give the minha by following the prescribed procedures.
