(1) Srestedar shall have the duty of safeguarding the missile documents in the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal.
(2) Except as ordered by the President of the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal, no miscellaneous documents or records or books in the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal shall be taken out of the Tribunal building and shown to any unauthorized person.
