Section 9
Duties, Duties and Powers of Chief Electoral Officer
(1) It shall be the duty of the Chief Electoral Officer to coordinate and supervise the work related to the election of the constituencies within the assigned district under the direction of the Commission and give necessary instructions.
(2) The Chief Electoral Officer shall exercise and comply with the work, duties and rights of the Election Officer in the constituency assigned to him.
