Section 71
Limitation of prosecution
(1) Apart from the offenses under Sections 39, 42, 46, 49, 55, 56 and 62, the case shall not be prosecuted in the military court after three years have passed.
(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), the time spent as a prisoner of war or captured by the enemy in his territory or without being captured for an offense shall not be counted.
