: (1) According to the findings of the investigation report received under Rule 10, if it is found that a case should be filed against the perpetrator according to the prevailing law, the commission may send a written case to the relevant body to file the case.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if such matter is of a nature to be litigated by the Government of Nepal as a plaintiff, it shall be submitted to the Attorney General along with the investigation report.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if a written request is received from the Commission to file a case, the relevant agency shall file the case with the relevant agency that will hear the case in accordance with the prevailing law within the specified time limit.
(£) In accordance with sub-rule (3), written information about the filing of the case should be given to the Commission.
