If the food sample taken in accordance with this regulation is found to be contaminated or of a low level during analysis and testing, or if it is determined that action has been taken against the law or this regulation, the food inspector shall submit a clear charge according to the law and all related details to the officer who will open the case.
(2) It shall be the duty of the relevant food inspector to assist the relevant authorities and courts in hearing cases and hearing appeals in legal proceedings against any person or organization for violating the Act and these regulations.
