:(1) In a case filed as an organized crime, if it does not appear that the case should be dealt with according to this Act, the court may convert the case into a case according to the prevailing law, regardless of any provision in the prevailing law. .
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the public prosecutor shall be given an appeal period of seventy days for deciding the case.
