Rule 12
Case Payee List

(1) Every Friday, the Srestedar shall place the cases on the notice board of the tribunal to prepare the cases that will be presented to the tribunal during the next week for discussion, and such list shall be called the weekly case list.
(2) The cases from the weekly case list should be sorted by the Srestedar to the daily case list and submitted to the chairman and a copy of it should be placed on the notice board at exactly 10.15 o'clock the next day.
(3) If there is a matter to be investigated in the tribunal, a petition to be submitted, a report and any other urgent matter ordered by the tribunal, the Srestedar should also add that daily case to the payee list.
(4) A pending case or a case fixed on a particular day for submission by the tribunal shall be placed at the top of the daily case list.
(5) Unless otherwise ordered by the Tribunal, cases shall be considered in the order in which they are presented in the daily case list.
(6) In any case included in the daily case list, the case shall not be adjourned even if the lawyer, heir or party is not present, even if there is no time left for any of the parties to hold the date. But if it is requested that the party's heirs or appointed legal practitioner could not be present due to circumstances beyond their control, the tribunal may order that the case be adjourned for that day.
(7) The case shall not be dismissed for the reason that the date has passed after the daily case has been entered in the payee list and the decision shall be as determined.
(8) Subject to the provisions of this regulation, a petition cannot be filed to remove a case from the daily case list or to remove any case from the daily case list.
(9) A case included in the weekly case list, a case not included in the daily case list, where a party or his heirs in a case are arrested in accordance with the law, or have died as a result of legal action.Or if a petition is given stating a satisfactory reason that he cannot appear on the day of presentation of the case due to sudden illness or loss of family or due to any circumstances beyond his control, the case will not be added to the daily case list and will be fixed for another date.
(10) In accordance with sub-rule (9), the petition for adjournment of the case shall not be granted for more than two adjournments.
