Section 210
<br> who can file an appeal to the court that decided the case
Regardless of what is written in section 209, an appeal can be filed through the court that decided the case.
(2) If an appeal is brought to be registered according to sub-section (1), such court shall complete the procedure according to section 209 and register the appeal.
(3) The appeal registered according to sub-section (2) shall be sent to the court hearing the appeal within three days with the relevant letter attached.
(4) If the appellant who registers the appeal in accordance with this section wants to stay on the date, he should send a date to appear in the court hearing the appeal.
