Section 82
<br> to be done if the case is settled, dismissed or dismissed
In cases where the court fee has been paid in full, when settling the case, twenty-five percent of the court fee must be taken and returned to the court fee payer, the appellant or the related party, if the court fee is settled before hearing the evidence in the court of first instance. (2) When settling a case registered by charging the court fee in full or after some time, the court shall settle the court fee only by taking the court fee from the plaintiff or the appellant as per sub-section (1).
(3) If the case registered on full payment of court fees is dismissed or dismissed, no punishment shall be imposed on the defendant or the appellant.
(4) If a case is dismissed or dismissed, the court fee paid for such case will not be refunded.
(5) If the case registered after payment of all or part of the court fee is dismissed or dismissed, the remaining court fee shall be recovered from the plaintiff or the appellant. However, in the case of dismissal of the case, if it is found that a complaint that cannot be registered by writing the complaint has been registered, the court fee charged in that case will be refunded.
(6) If a case that has been settled, dismissed or dismissed in accordance with the law is re-litigated in any way by the complaint of the party from whose complaint the case has been re-litigated, he shall re-file the court fee in accordance with this paragraph in the court where the case is located.
