Rule 113
Case Management Committee
(1) There will be a case management committee in the court to determine the necessary policy regarding the management and records of the cases in the court, subordinate courts and judicial bodies.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Judges of Courts designated by the Chief Justice - President (b) such other Judges of the Court as may be required by the Chief Justice -Members (c) one Chief Justice of the High Court appointed by the Chief Justice -member (d) Chief Registrar -Member (e) Registrar-Member (f) Deputy Attorney-General designated by the Attorney-General-Member
(g) President of Nepal Bar Association or an officer designated by the association one member (h) Sub-Registrar of Courts designated by the Chief Registrar -Member-Secretary
(3) The work, duties and powers of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) To plan and periodically review the case distribution of courts and subordinate courts; (B) To give necessary instructions to solve the problems that have arisen in the proceedings of the case and to maintain procedural uniformity,
(c) Study and analyze the various aspects of case management and take necessary actions to make the case work faster and more effective in the interest of the customer,
(d) Making the case and record system systematic and transparent (e) To monitor the work related to case management.
