The court shall proceed, hear and dispose of the case in accordance with the following order of priority:- (a) Cases pending on the previous day, (b) Cases in which the appellant is a pregnant woman, a person with serious illness or a person with physical disabilities, clarification : For the purpose of this section, "critical illness" means kidney, heart or cancerous disease and the term also includes any other disease prescribed by the Medical Board as critical illness. (c) Appellant's case with less than one year remaining to retire from service,
(d) Cases registered first in order of registration of cases.
