Court to hear the case
The court designated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette will have the authority to process and dispose of cases related to financial investment in corruption, money laundering and aggressive activities, and the relevant district court will have the authority to process and dispose of cases related to other organized crime.
